To insure all Valtimet condenser
tubes meet the highest quality
standards, we incorporate the
strictest quality control
measures into our manufacturing
system. In addition to
rigorously governing our skelp
supply, we electronically
control and monitor TIG welding,
utilize in-line continuous heat
treatment and perform in-line
eddy current inspection and
automated defect removal.
Extra Care To Guarantee
the Finest Quality
Valtimet's weld lines arc painstakingly
designed to minimize residual stresses.
From uncoiling through welding, bending,
testing and packaging, automatic
conveyance systems reduce handling and
the risk of damage. Specially shaped
rollers are used for guiding, gauging
and straightening.
